To ensure the creation, maintenance, development and continuous improvement of the quality management system at VendPRO s.r.o. the following quality policy is established, which is suitable for the purposes and context of the company and supports its strategic focus:

• the basic orientation of the company is to achieve that the company becomes a sought-after business partner in the field of production, installation and operation of industrial dispensing systems, which will create a sense of security not only for the customer, but also for the company’s employees
• the company’s management fully identifies with the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9000 series standards, that is, with the principles of effective implementation and continuous improvement of process management affecting the quality of services provided
• the management of the company constantly creates the necessary organizational, personnel and financial resources for the introduction, development and improvement of the quality management system
• the permanent goal is to constantly improve our activity and ensure the quality of the services we provide
• our subcontractors have a significant participation in the services provided, therefore we will develop constant active cooperation with them in clarifying mutual requirements and their implementation
• create adequate conditions for the education of the company’s employees in the field of production, installation and operation of industrial dispensing systems.
