PREPARATION OF THE VENDING MACHINE
- Client supplies 3 chips or chip cards, including the ID under which they are registered in the client’s HR system (with an ID mark on each chip/card to prevent confusion)
- Layout proposal of the machine – arises from the expected consumption of the material issued by the machine
- Initial withdrawal limits of issued goods for individual work groups – delivers client
- Client supplies the individual items to be issued (ideally in a minimum quantity of 5 pcs/issued item) – it is highly desirable to test the releases before the final design of the layout
IT MEASURES FOR VENDING MACHINE INSTALLATION AT THE CLIENT
- 230V outlet
- ethernet RJ45
- fixed IP address for the machine/s, mutual visibility of the machines in the network
- access of the machine/s to the SMTP server for sending reports and status messages
- data backup – determination of the place for sending data backups (the machine creates operational backups internally, but it is also desirable to back them up outside the machine)
- access to the NTP server
- remote access using TeamViewer
- Preparation of data for import into the machine/s system:
- employee data stored in the file usersYYYY-MM-DD-HH-ii.csv in CSV format with the structure: idEmployee;surname;name;idCards;idGroup[;userData1][;userData2][;userData3][;userData4] (the system allows create reports that meet criteria according to user data, typically cost centers, etc.)
- codebook of workgroups stored in the file usergroupsYYYY-MM-DD-HH-ii.csv in CSV with the structure: idGroups; name
- periodic data import to the client’s FTP server or to the C:/import directory in the machine (using the FTP protocol) with a frequency according to the client’s operational needs (1 x 1 hour | 1 x 2 hours | 1 x 24 hours | …)
TECHNICAL MEASURES FOR VENDING MACHINE OPERATION AT THE CLIENT
- Dimensions 960 x 790 x 1880 mm (W x D x H), weight approx. 280/380 kg (VendPRO700 / 700MD / 700H)
- barriers in front of the machine depending on the width of the door (against possible collisions with passing machinery)
- we recommend monitoring the machine area with a camera system to identify any eventual damage
GSM VARIANT CONNECTION OF THE VENDING MACHINE/S TO THE INTERNET
- recommended modems TP-link TL-MR6400 or TP-Link Archer MR200 (both modems have a router function at the same time, so up to 4 machines can be connected to them)
- activated SIM card with a data plan, a fixed IP address and disabled PIN verification
Setup and commissioning of other types of modems at the hourly rate of an IT worker
